3. How should I store my firewood?

4. How long does your firewood take to dry or season?

Our firewood is already fully seasoned and ready for burning. We ensure that each log is properly dried to produce maximum heat with minimal smoke and creosote buildup.

5. Do you deliver firewood, and is there a delivery fee?

Yes, we offer free delivery on firewood orders within our designated delivery areas. For specific delivery locations and fees outside our area, please contact us directly for details.

6. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary based on location, but orders typically arrive within 7 to 15 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

7. What should I do if my firewood arrives damaged?

We strive to ensure that every order arrives in excellent condition. However, if there is any damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@aurelienvillaret.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

8. Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate modifications, once an order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
